At Neoxra , we aim to provide high-quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Unboxing Video
To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
- The video must be continuous (no cuts) and clearly show the package seal and product condition.
- Without an unboxing video, no return, refund, or replacement request will be accepted.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective item
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Minor color/print variations
- Used, washed, or damaged products by customer
Return Process

- Our team will verify your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you with return instructions.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after product inspection.
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged/defective/wrong product, we will provide a free replacement (subject to availability).
- If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of valid return (damage/wrong item), return shipping will be covered by us.
Important Note
Neoxra reserves the right to reject any return/refund request if the above conditions are not met.
